Insurance & Payment Information

Our goal is to provide every patient with exceptional dental care while making the financial side of treatment as clear and straightforward as possible. We’ll always recommend treatment based on what we believe is in the best interest of your oral health—not simply on what an insurance plan may or may not cover.

If you have dental insurance, we’re happy to help you make the most of your benefits. As a courtesy, our team will file claims and submit pre-authorizations on your behalf. We accept most PPO insurance plans and are in network with many major insurance companies, including Delta Dental, MetLife, UnitedHealthcare, Aetna, and Cigna.

Because every insurance plan is different, coverage and benefits can vary. We’ll do our best to provide an accurate estimate of your expected out-of-pocket costs before treatment and help answer questions about the information provided by your insurance company. Final coverage and payment, however, are determined by your individual plan.

Payment is due at the time services are provided, and we’re always happy to discuss payment options with you before treatment begins.
