Insurance & Payment Information

Our goal is to provide every patient with exceptional dental care while making the financial aspects of treatment as clear and straightforward as possible. We recommend treatment based on what we believe is best for your oral health—not simply on what your dental insurance plan may or may not cover.

If you have dental insurance, we're happy to help you understand and make the most of your available benefits. As a courtesy, our team will submit insurance claims and pre-authorizations on your behalf.

We participate with many major dental insurance networks, including Aetna, Cigna, Delta Dental, Humana, MetLife, Premera, Principal, Regence, and UnitedHealthcare (UHC). We also participate with select Medicare Advantage dental plans through Regence, UnitedHealthcare, and Humana. Because participation can vary by specific plan, we encourage you to contact our office to verify your coverage.

Every insurance plan is different, and coverage and benefits can vary. We'll do our best to provide an accurate estimate of your expected out-of-pocket costs before treatment. However, estimates are not a guarantee of coverage or payment, and patients remain responsible for charges not paid by their insurance.

Payment is due at the time services are provided. We're always happy to discuss available payment options with you before treatment begins.
